Know your Coach

During the course of my 20 year corporate stint, I worked with 1000s of people. I dabbled in leadership, nurtured cohesive teams, was a part of leading global brands and a diplomatic mission.
Through my experience of leading and being part of teams, I observed a range of behavioural patterns. If there’s one thing I’m sure about, then it is the fact that allowing people to own their agency brought out the best in them. However, the biggest gap I noticed was that people constantly let go of their power.
The challenge usually lay in their work, their organisation or in overcoming their own limiting beliefs.
And so, in 2019, I took the audacious leap into my own journey of learning. I committed to extending my learning to young leaders and teams and helping them reach their personal development goals and bring around a new shift in their work environment.
Own Your Power is me summing up my 20 years of experience and my journey into the personal development space. The program includes powerful templates that have not only helped me claim back my agency but have completely transformed my life.
